The issue of Terrorism be it done by people claiming to be muslims or non-muslims, Terror is never accepted in Islam at all.. All forms of terrorist attack are roundly condemned in Islam. In Islam, it is a great sin to kill an innocent person, and anyone who does so will suffer great torment in the Hereafter.
